Full Job Description
As an Aquapark Supervisor, you'll be the on site lead during your shift, making sure everything runs safely, smoothly and exactly as it should. You'll guide and support lifeguards and aquapark staff, keep operations on track and step in when decisions need to be made.
You'll spend your time across the site, from coordinating sessions and checking equipment to monitoring water safety and responding to anything the day throws at you. One moment you might be briefing your team, the next you'll be dealing with a customer query or supporting an incident, always staying calm, professional and in control.
You'll also play a key role behind the scenes, supporting rotas, completing safety checks, keeping accurate records and making sure all procedures are followed. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll help shape a positive, safety-first culture while creating a fantastic experience for everyone who visits.
No two days will feel the same. It's active, outdoors and full of responsibility - but that's what makes it so rewarding., Please note that the official closing date is as above, and will be the correct date. Some third-party websites may have different dates. Please refer to the HDC website for the official closing date to ensure you do not miss out on applying.
