Key responsibilities You will: Manage a caseload of apprentices, ensuring they make timely progress against their individual training plans. Plan and deliver engaging learning, assessment and regular interventions tailored to individual learner needs. Conduct 10-weekly tripartite reviews with apprentices and their employers. Provide clear feedback, actions and SMART targets and maintain accurate records using our e-portfolio system. Support apprentices to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours in preparation for End Point Assessment. Work collaboratively with employers, Functional Skills tutors and colleagues across the Apprenticeships team. Contribute to programme development, standardisation, quality improvement and the annual self-assessment process. Maintain your own continuing professional development

and keep your sector knowledge up to date. We are looking for someone who Has experience of working within training or education, particularly within a school setting, and can build positive relationships with learners and employers. You will have excellent communication and ICT skills, be highly organised and confident managing a varied caseload and competing priorities. You will be able to motivate learners, work effectively as part of a team and maintain high standards of quality and professionalism. Experience within an assessor role and knowledge of SEND would be particularly valuable. An Award in Education and Training, PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification, alongside an assessor qualification such as D32/33, A1, TAQA/CAVA or equivalent, would also be desirable. Knowledge of apprenticeship standards, End Point Assessment and awarding organisation processes would be an advantage.
