Apprenticeship Skills Coach - Property Maintenance

To become an Apprenticeship Skills Coach in our Construction department, we need someone who is ambitious, motivated, and supportive.

The successful candidate will have the chance to acquire new skills and develop their abilities in a wide range of activities.

Although this position is centred on our Redditch and Worcester campuses (and Malvern campus with delivery on and off site at employer's premises where required and in college), all applicants must be prepared to travel to our other campuses or surrounding areas as required.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Supporting Property maintenance Apprenticeship programmes from initial enrolment through to End Point Assessment.

Managing individual's learning and skills programmes to ensure timely and successful completion.

Delivering accredited learning within apprenticeships and commercial training programmes.

Assess in college and out in the workplace.

Keep accurate records of apprentice progress
