- Work with agencies and creative partners Data & Commercial Analytics
- Analyse business performance data
- Generate insights that influence decision-making
- Support forecasting and business reviews Cross-Functional Experience You'll collaborate with teams across:

- Supply Chain Giving you a broad understanding of how a global healthcare business operates. Your Development Journey Year 1 Learn marketing fundamentals, nutrition industry knowledge, analytics and brand support activities. You'll also spend time shadowing teams across Sales, Finance, Medical and Commercial Excellence Year 2 Take ownership of campaigns, support digital marketing initiatives, manage agency relationships and contribute to customer engagement strategies. Year 3 Lead strategic projects, contribute to innovation initiatives and develop leadership skills while preparing for your next career step.
- Are studying or have recently completed 3 A-Levels (or equivalent qualifications ideally Maths and Science)
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoy analysing information and solving problems
- Are curious about marketing, business, healthcare or nutrition
- Like working collaboratively and building relationships
- Are confident using Microsoft Office tools
- Want to learn, develop and challenge yourself in a fast-paced environment Extra Points If You Have:
