This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop or broaden their career within apprenticeships. You'll join an established team with a strong focus on quality, performance, and learner outcomes. The role offers autonomy alongside support, giving you the chance to further develop your practice, contribute to team performance, and play a key role in meeting departmental targets. There are opportunities to build on your teaching, assessment, and employer engagement skills, supported by ongoing professional development. Please note, this is a part-time (30 hours per week) role. The pro rata'd salary for this role is £25,877 with progression to £29,177. What You Will Do

  • Work closely with apprentices and employers to deliver high-quality training and assessment in the workplace and, where needed, in college.
  • Manage your own caseload of learners, supporting them from enrolment through to completion.
  • Plan and deliver engaging learning, carry out regular progress reviews, and ensure each apprentice stays on track to achieve. Alongside this, you'll build strong relationships with employers, tailoring training to meet their needs while maintaining high standards and compliance.
  • No two days will be the same. You'll be out in the field, working hands-on with learners and helping them develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in their careers

A skilled plumber with solid industry experience and a desire to give something back to the trade. You may not have worked in education before, but you've coached others on site, shared your knowledge, and take pride in developing people around you.
  • Someone who can bring real-world expertise into apprenticeship delivery, someone who can support, guide, and inspire learners while building strong relationships with employers.
