As an Apprentice Technology Operations Engineer, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting our internal teams with their technology needs.You'll be working alongside experienced engineers, learning how to maintain IT systems, support hardware and software issues, and keep our users up and running. • Support users with everyday IT issues on Windows and macOS systems
• Set up new user accounts and devices (laptops, iPads, etc.)
• Help manage our IT assets (hardware inventory, software licences)
• Learn how to use IT support tools and systems like Office 365, Google Workspace, and device management platforms
• Assist with the onboarding of new starters and offboarding of leavers
• Work on IT projects, from setting up networks to rolling out new software and explore our catalog of AI tools to help on our productivity
• Learn to troubleshoot problems methodically and securely
• Create and maintain easy-to-follow technical and user documentation
