As a Teaching Assistant you will work closely with teachers to support teaching and learning, providing targeted help to pupils and assisting staff in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Your role will help ensure all pupils can access learning and develop confidence, independence, and resilience. You will contribute to maintaining a calm, focused learning environment and support effective behaviour management. Your patience, adaptability, and proactive approach will help ensure all pupils can achieve their full potential, both academically and socially. Why join us?
- A diverse, hands-on role at the centre of a dynamic and busy school
- The opportunity to collaborate closely with staff and pupils across the wider school community

We're proud to offer 'more pay, more time, and more support'. We offer the best pay in the sector, three extra INSET days dedicated to planning and professional development, one paid personal leave day each year during term time. We place a high priority on developing our staff. Every employee benefits from a supportive annual review process with a tailored programme of personal development.
