Full Job Description
Working alongside experienced teachers and support staff, you will help pupils access learning, develop confidence and independence, and make positive progress both academically and personally. You will play an important role in supporting the wellbeing and achievement of all pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Key Responsibilities
- Support teaching and learning within the classroom.
- Work with individual pupils and small groups to support progress.
- Assist pupils with SEND to access learning opportunities.
- Promote positive behaviour, wellbeing, and inclusion.
- Support the delivery of engaging learning activities.
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment.
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff.
- Complete apprenticeship training, coursework, and assessments.
- Support pupils' personal care needs where required. What We Offer
