• Year 1 salary: £23,686 - Senior Learning Coach
• Year 2 salary: £28,758 - Unqualified Teacher
• Year 3 salary: £34,069 - Achieving QTS

(Applicants must have a degree)

• A one to one mentor
• Extensive classroom experience
• Training in an outstanding alternative provision
