- Responding to candidate and contractor queries via email, phone and internal systems
- Supporting onboarding checks, documentation and first-day preparation
- Taking part in engagement and keep-in-touch activities
- Collecting feedback and insight to improve our service
- Working closely with recruitment, onboarding and client teams
- Learning how to prioritise queries and resolve issues effectively This is a development-focused role and full support will be provided. What you will learn

Customer-facing experience is helpful but not essential. Security clearance This role requires security clearance due to the government-aligned environment.
