What You'll Do
- Follow a schedule to test and maintain all heating, ventilation and water systems correcting any faults you may find
- Read and understand engineering drawings
- Use the Building Management System to control and monitor the electrical, heating and ventilation systems
- Use small hand tools such as hammers, saws, screwdrivers etc.
- Implement essential safety procedures before working on systems
- Assist with minor electrical maintenance
- Work with other trades and gain experience from their knowledge
- Develop strong customer service and client relationship building skills

- Once qualified there is the potential of a permanent position within the company

Working Arrangements
Working Week: Shifts are Monday to Friday between 07:00- 18:00 dependent on the project.
Expected Duration: 4 Years
