What You'll Do
- Greet visitors and answer calls.
- Manage the general college inbox.
- Update records on IT databases.
- Manage attendance of learners.
- Organise the Director's meeting diary.
- Book prospective learner interviews.
- Audit and maintain student files.
- Prepare rooms for campus meetings.
- Process student funding applications.
- Update notice boards and socials.
- Support employer engagement activities.
Training Outcome
