- Learn and understand the features and specifications of vehicles.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget.
- Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations.
- Assist with the preparation of sales contracts and paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Continuously update product knowledge through training and self-study.
English, Interpersonal Skills, A passion for the automotive industry and interest in sales. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) are preferred but not essential.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not required.
