We are a small, ambitious team that believes recruitment is about building relationships, understanding people, and creating opportunities. We are now looking for Recruitment Consultant Apprentices to join our growing team and develop a long-term career within recruitment.

ADAMO is a specialist recruitment business based in Epping, Essex. We partner with leading recruitment firms, search businesses and high-growth companies to help them hire exceptional talent across the UK and internationally.
We are a small, ambitious team that believes recruitment is about building relationships, understanding people, and creating opportunities. We are now looking for 1-2 Recruitment Consultant Apprentices to join our growing team and develop a long-term career within recruitment.
What You'll Do
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ambitious, competitive and enjoys speaking with people. You do not need previous recruitment experience; we are looking for the right attitude, work ethic and personality.
You will complete the Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship while learning from experienced recruiters and developing the skills needed to become a successful consultant.
You will be trained in:
- Identifying and attracting top talent through LinkedIn, networking and market research
- Building relationships with candidates and clients
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidates
- Understanding different industries and recruitment markets
- Managing your own recruitment processes from start to finish
- Developing sales, communication and negotiation skills
