As an Apprentice Reablement Assistant, you’ll support adults at home to regain confidence and independence after illness, injury, or hospital discharge.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting people to live independently and wants to develop a career in adult social care.

Working Arrangements
Working Week: Working Pattern: 2 weeks of 7am - 2.30pm 1 week of 2.30pm - 10pm Including every other weekend and some bank holidays.
