Introduction

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our growing construction team as a Apprentice Quantity Surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long term career in the industry while gaining a fully funded Level 4 Quantity Surveying qualification.

About the Employer

We are a small business, which has four separate divisions. Diamond Drilling, Demolition, Enabling and Groundworks and Civils. All staff work across all areas of the business. We have 5 office staff, based in Rayleigh with parking. We are a small friendly team.

What You'll Do

What you’ll be doing:

Assisting with cost estimation, budgeting, and tender preparation
Supporting site teams with measurements and valuations
Helping manage subcontractor quotes and procurement
Learning to monitor project costs and financial reporting
Preparing Applications for payment (with oversight)
Help procurement of materials for site
