Full Job Description

  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of pharmaceutical logistics projects, ensuring milestones and timelines are met
  • Support project planning activities including schedules, risk logs, and resource tracking
  • Track project deliverables and escalate potential risks or delays
  • Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory standards
  • Assist in communication with internal teams, customers, and external partners
  • Take meeting notes and track action points
  • Provide status updates and reporting support
  • Update project trackers, dashboards, and KPIs
  • Analyse basic operational data to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Help identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements

    The minimum entry requirement for this apprenticeship is Five GCSEs at grades 3 - 9 / A-D including Maths & English)

You will support the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, regulated logistics projects for healthcare and life sciences clients. Work alongside experienced project managers, operations teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of logistics solutions, particularly for temperature-sensitive (cold chain) products.
