What You'll Do
- Order and source parts for a wide range of Porsche models from a variety of suppliers
- Progress parts orders, receive and check deliveries, book parts onto jobs, and store and issue parts and consumables
- Work closely with our technicians to identify and prepare the correct parts required for workshop jobs and estimates
- Assist with stock control, parts returns and supplier communication by telephone, email and in person, using a range of software systems
- Help keep the parts department and workshop clean, tidy and organised, and wash and prepare customer and sales vehicles when required
- Develop customer service and business administration skills, while assisting with basic diagnostic scans, vehicle checks and other day-to-day workshop tasks under supervision
