This is an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills, gain valuable experience, and build a long-term career with one of the UK's leading property services companies. Working alongside experienced decorators, you'll receive full training in all aspects of painting and decorating across a variety of commercial, residential and public sector projects.
What You'll Be DoingAs an Apprentice Painter & Decorator, you will learn and assist with:
-Internal and external painting and decorating works.
-Surface preparation, including sanding, filling and minor repairs.
-Safe use and maintenance of painting and decorating tools, materials and equipment.
-Setting up and using access equipment following appropriate training.
-Installing protective coverings, temporary screening and access plant as required.
-Maintaining stock levels and ensuring materials are available when needed.
-Delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
-Working safely and complying with Health & Safety procedures at all times.
-Supporting project teams to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard.
