Full Job Description
We are seeking a warm, dedicated and enthusiastic Apprentice Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team at our family-run Montessori nurseries. This is a great opportunity to start a career in early years education with full training and support in a nurturing, inspiring environment., Support high-quality care and education in line with EYFS and Montessori principles
Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities
Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment
Passionate about working with young children
Willing to learn and work towards a childcare qualification
Caring, reliable and enthusiastic
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Career Progression: Once you achieve your Level 3 qualification, salaries can increase up to £31,500, depending on role and performance.
With over 30 years of experience, we are a well-established Montessori nursery group known for our caring ethos and high standards, offering a supportive and welcoming place to grow your career.
Salary: £8.00 per hour (approximately £16,640 per year based on 40 hours per week)
