What You'll Do

• Support customers
• Manage enquiries
• Assist with tenancy management
• Help with lettings
• Identify tenancy issues
• Carry out neighbourhood inspections
• Maintain accurate records
• Attend training and development

Training Outcome

Successful apprentices often progress into Neighbourhood Officer roles, move into tenancy or community support positions, or continue developing through higher‑level housing qualifications. This apprenticeship gives you a strong foundation to build a long‑term career across Calico and the wider housing sector.
