Apprentice Negotiator

Working alongside the Lettings team, you will gain experience across all areas of residential lettings, including:

• Supporting tenancy progression, move-ins, and general lettings administration
• Handling landlord and tenant enquiries via phone, email, and in branch
• Registering applicants and matching them to rental properties
• Arranging and conducting accompanied property viewings
• Assisting with lettings negotiations and progressing lets to completion
• Supporting branch activity and generating new business opportunities
You will earn commission while developing your skills through a structured apprenticeship programme.


• Motivation to build a career in lettings or estate agency
• Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
• Resilient, positive, organised, and detail-focused
• Confident communicator (written and verbal)
• IT literate (MS Office, email, CRM systems)
• Proactive, eager to learn, and target-driven
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
