Introduction
The apprentice will be completing numerous tasks, these include: H&S legislation and Safe Working Procedures, Planning and preparation prior to weld activity. Correct set-up of equipment for use (safety).About the Employer

Other tasks include:
- Use of correct methods for moving and handling
- Operation of appropriate tools & weld equipment
- Inspection & testing of joints
- Carry out quality checks
- Interpretation of technical drawings
- Keeping work area clear and safe at all times
- General day-to-day environment of a production facility
