What You'll Do
Working in all departments across the business you will work on the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Support Design to Manufacture: Assist in bringing design programmes into manufacture, ensuring products are launched on time, cost-effective, and of the right quality
- Occupational behaviour: develop a mindset of health and safety first, adhering to a disciplined and responsible approach to manage, mitigate and avoid risk
- Develop Core Engineering Skills: Gain hands-on experience with various manufacturing techniques, including CAD modelling, CNC machining, and assembly
- Collaborate with Engineers: Work closely with other engineers and managers to manage projects and improve processes
- Gain Practical Experience: Participate in on-the-job training and learning opportunities to develop technical analysis, process improvements, and collaboration skills
Training Outcome
On successful completion of the apprenticeship, the candidate can progress to a career in production engineering, sales engineering, project engineering, research and development, supervision and management.

Qualifications
- Essential - GCSE - 5 GCSE's including Maths, English and a Science - A*-C/9-4

- Essential - A Level - maths and a Science or engineering related - Pass
