Introduction
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Apprentice. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience while working towards the Level 3 Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician Apprenticeship.

What You'll Do
As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced engineers to develop the skills and knowledge required to maintain, repair, and improve a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment. You will gain hands-on experience in planned preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, equipment installation, and continuous improvement activities, while learning to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced engineering environment.
Throughout the apprenticeship, you will receive structured training both in the workplace and with a training provider, developing competence in engineering principles, health and safety, technical documentation, electrical and mechanical systems, automation, and problem-solving. You will play an important role in supporting the reliability and performance of production equipment while building the skills needed for a successful career in engineering.
This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals with a genuine interest in engineering, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn. On successful completion, you will have achieved a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification and be well placed to progress into a qualified Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer role.
