- To learn all aspects of the role of a Maintenance Engineer
- To attend college to learn the theoretical and technical aspects of the role
General Activities:
- Assist in maintaining all plant machinery to ensure safe, continual & efficient operations
- Support periodic & preventive maintenance regimes
- Assist with emergency troubleshooting & maintenance support
- Achieve maintenance goals, activity scheduling & work completion to support achievement of manufacturing target
- Keep accurate records of key work activities
- Work with engineers to find ways to improve processes
- Assist with projects within or outside the Engineering Department
Training Outcome
We are looking for the apprentice engineer to go on to become a fully qualified engineer within our engineering team. There is great potential to continue further study onto L3+ and continue a career with the business.
