Thorpe Nursery Pre-School was established in 1969 in Thorpe Village Hall and moved to Manor Farm House in September 2010. We provide children with a rich and stimulating learning experience through play in a happy and safe environment. What You'll Do

• Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities with support from experienced staff.
• Complete observations and contribute to assessments and learning journeys.
• Support children's personal, social and emotional development.
• Promote positive behaviour and inclusive practice.
• Work closely with colleagues and families to support children's progress.
• Ensure the health, safety and well-being of children at all times.
• Follow safeguarding, child protection and confidentiality procedures.
• Recognise and appropriately report safeguarding concerns.
• Contribute to a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

Training Outcome

Successful apprentices may secure a permanent Early Years Educator position with opportunities to progress into Room Leader, Third in Charge or other senior Early Years roles.
