Introduction
We are seeking to appoint a motivated person who believes in the power of education to work in our learning support team. Working alongside our SENCO and teaching staff, you will work directly with vulnerable students to overcome barriers to learning.

- Provide learning and care support for pupils with SEN to help work towards the outcomes on their education and health care plan
- Supporting pupils with building positive relationships, promoting high standards of behaviour and assisting with developments and delivery of Education support plans
- Demonstrating an informed and efficient approach to teaching learning while supporting the work of the teacher
- Using behaviour management strategies in line with school policy
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young persons
