Join our Learning Support team as an Apprentice Learning Assistant! What you'll be doing You'll support students with special educational needs and disabilities, helping them thrive in the classroom and build confidence in their learning. You could be working across a wide range of subjects - from foundation courses and vocational programmes to A Levels. Some students may need one-to-one support, while others will benefit from small group sessions. You'll play a key role in helping them stay engaged, develop independence, and achieve their goals. Alongside your role, you'll study towards a Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in Schools, giving you the perfect foundation for a career in education.

  • GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade 4/C or above, or equivalent)
  • A positive, patient, and caring approach
  • A good sense of humour and strong communication skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • A genuine interest in supporting young people and adult learners
