Apprentice Learning Assistant (Level 3)

What you'll be doing You'll support students with special educational needs and disabilities, helping them thrive in the classroom and build confidence in their learning. You could be working across a wide range of subjects - from foundation courses and vocational programmes to A Levels. Some students may need one-to-one support, while others will benefit from small group sessions. You'll play a key role in helping them stay engaged, develop independence, and achieve their goals. Alongside your role, you'll study towards a Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in Schools, giving you the perfect foundation for a career in education.

• GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade 4/C or above, or equivalent)

What hours will I work? This is a full-time, term-time role (38 weeks per year), typically worked across 5 days from 8:30am - 4:30pm, with time built in for your apprenticeship studies.
