Full Job Description
The IT Support Technician provides entry-level technical support to users across the organisation. The role is designed to develop core IT support skills while assisting with the day-to-day operation of IT systems, resolving basic technical issues, and delivering a positive customer support experience under guidance from senior IT staff.
