Introduction

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for technology to begin a career in IT. As an Apprentice IT Engineer, you will provide first-line IT support to colleagues across multiple international sites while learning from experienced IT professionals.

What You'll Do

  • Performing routine IT maintenance tasks, including software updates and antivirus scans
  •  Participating in IT projects, such as system upgrades and deployments
  • Collaborating with the IT team to learn and implement IT policies and best practices
  • Documenting IT processes and configurations to support knowledge sharing
  • Liaising with external vendors and service providers as part of the procurement and support process
  • Taking ownership of tasks and ensuring they are completed to a high standard
  • Keeping IT support tickets up to date, accurately logging progress, resolutions, and any follow-up actions
  • Troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and network issues, contributing to timely resolutions
  •  Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, such as desktops, laptops, and printers

Potential full-time role upon completion of apprenticeship.
