Introduction

In this role, you will learn to gather, understand, and document business and technical requirements that help Technology teams deliver solutions aligned with stakeholder needs. Working alongside experienced analysts, developers, and product teams, you will gain practical experience supporting technology delivery within an agile environment.

What You'll Do

  • Support the gathering and documentation of business and technical requirements with technology teams and business stakeholders
  • Assist in translating requirements into user stories, documentation, and acceptance criteria
  • Help maintain project and product documentation to support development and delivery teams
  • Participate in Agile team activities such as stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and sprint reviews
  • Assist with maintaining and organising product backlogs and tracking work items
  • Support collaboration between developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to help ensure shared understanding of requirements
  • Help review and validate that delivered solutions meet the agreed requirements
  • Assist with analysing data, processes, or system behaviour to support solution design
  • Support the investigation and documentation of technical or business issues
  • Contribute to team discussions and help identify opportunities to improve processes or ways of working
