Introduction
Depending on the area you will be working as part of our technical team in the paint mix room, injection or material handling area.

What You'll Do
- Works to HSE requirements (LOTO, mould changes) and promotes safety
- Deploys injection standards and golden rules on production shift
- Sets the IMI starts and stops the machines and ancillaries, and changes the tool according to production plan and safety rules
- Supports the injection team in monitoring and documenting machine start up
- Eliminates small technical problems
- Supports the injection team in production monitoring and documentation
- Collects production data and enters them into appropriate
- Contributes to continuous improvement process
- Ensures cleanliness and tidiness of injection moulding area
- Ensures reuse of grinding stock
- Reports any malfunction and defects or hazards to superior forthwith
Training Outcome
To develop within the business and progress onto a Level 3 Engineering Manufacturing apprenticeship.

Working Arrangements
Working Week: Rotating shift 7:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Thursday and. 10:30pm - 7:30am, Monday - Thursday. Or 3 shift pattern 6.00am - 2.00pm, 2.00pm - 10.00pm, 10.00pm - 6.00am.
Expected Duration: 1 Year 2 Months
Training Provider: NORTH WARWICKSHIRE AND SOUTH LEICESTERSHIRE COLLEGE
