Training Outcome

After completing the apprenticeship, you’ll be ready to take the next step into housing, wellbeing or community support roles. Many apprentices progress into Independent Living Officer, Tenancy Support, Community Engagement, or wider housing and customer service roles across Calico. You may also choose to work towards higher‑level housing qualifications and continue developing specialist skills for a long‑term career in the sector.
