Full Job Description
We are looking for an apprentice fishmonger, where you will gain a recognised qualification, and be trained by a fourth-generation, experienced fishmonger. We are a large retail, food industry where you can learn fishmonger skills, and work with chefs in our restaurant.

Route: Sales, marketing and procurement
Apprenticeship Level: Intermediate
Working Arrangements
Working Week: Tuesday to Saturday 6am to 4pm.
