Introduction
A unique opportunity to be supported through financial planning qualifications and introduced to existing and new clients with one of the partners. Upon achieving the apprenticeship, to have existing clients passed across, with the ultimate aim to becoming partner of the firm and working with the partners clients to become theirs.
About the Employer
Independent Financial Adviser firm, specialising in wealth management and retirement planning, with additional expertise in Mortgages; Later Life planning and protection planning. Family firm with over 25 years of successful support for clients.
What You'll Do
- Pass the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS) exams via Skills Edge
- Direct on-the-job training and experience supporting one of the partners, to build understanding and rapport with the clients to be working with
- Arranging meetings and file preparation
- Working on client files for pre and post reviews, and new client meetings to update files
- Once experienced and competent, setting up protection assurance for clients
Training Outcome
Once qualified and proven competences, as clients passed across, a switch from employed to self-employed aligning to partnership rules and additional tax planning this can bring.
Partner will be planning a timescale to their retirement and more client ownership and earnings will be structured towards successful candidate and reduction in Partners Day to day involvement, so in effect a work-out package for Partner and increasing role/ownership in Evans Ash for the successful candidate.
Future exams, unless required by regulation, at applicants cost for their benefit.

Working Arrangements
Working Week: 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday. Occasional work outside of these hours for meetings/conferences. Reasonable travel and accommodation are at Evans Ash cost. It is not a working from home role, but occasional times will be agreed.
