• Enjoy talking to people and can clearly explain things to staff and contractors.
• Can keep track of tasks and organise yourself and others.
• Are eager to learn and develop new skills.
Requirements You'll need GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4 or above) by the time you start. A full driving licence is desirable but not essential.

Careers in Facilities Management can take you into any sector, anywhere in the world and, in the UK, salaries range from £27,000-£35,000 for entry level positions up to £100,000+ for senior management. What will you be doing? You will be on the ground, learning how to manage a physical site and coordinate the people who keep it running. As you progress, you will:
• Learn the ins and outs of health and safety regulations to keep everyone on site safe.
• Help us implement green initiatives to make our buildings more eco-friendly.
• Work with external partners and suppliers to ensure top-quality service.
