Introduction
You will be using computer aided design software to produce detailed drawings, both in 2D and 3D software. This is an office-based role, and will involve communicating with customers, clients and other staff via email and telephone.About the Employer

Based in Staffordshire, Broxap’s purpose is to supply high specification products which will endure a long, safe life. Our goal is to supply these products to every city, town, village and rural area throughout the UK.What You'll Do
Day to day tasks will include:
- Preparing detailed designs for projects using 2D and 3D CAD
- Communicating designs to the design team and customers
- Preparing initial design briefs
- Assessing and reporting on quality standards of the projects via the digital environment
For the right person, there is the opportunity to develop skills in design and drawing techniques within a fast-paced, busy workplace. On completion of your apprenticeship, you will be able to produce drawings and designs to industry standards and regulations.
Training Outcome
Once you have completed your apprenticeship, you will have the chance to work as a qualified CAD Technician, which in turn can lead on to senior level roles within the organisation, or open opportunities for progression outside of the business.
