Introduction
As an Apprentice Emerging Talent Coordinator, you'll be working within the Emerging Talent team, supporting them in the development, implementation, and delivery of the Emerging Talent Programmes across the Construction business division.

What You'll Do
- Maintaining emerging talent data, ensuring accuracy and providing necessary reports
- Supporting onboarding and engagement activities, including new starter communications and ongoing engagement initiatives
- Assisting with apprenticeship programme activity, including training provider administration and progress monitoring
- Supporting the successful delivery of Emerging Talent Events such as inductions, celebration events and conferences
- Managing the Emerging Talent Teams Channel and Hub, coordinating access and communications
