Introduction
Located in the village of Iveston in Durham Iveson Childcare run by Angela is a busy Childminding business and has Early Years Assistants to support the setting. Caring for children aged between 9 months to 4 years in Early Years and also offer a wraparound service to school aged children.
About the Employer
Iveston Childcare is a childminder registered in 2011 and lives in Iveston Village near Consett in County Durham. Angie operates all year round, Monday to Friday, except for bank, holidays and family holidays. This is a busy childminding setting where Angie works with two assistants all qualified and experenced. The setting is graded Good by Ofsted.
What You'll Do
If you love singing/dancing, reading stories, craft activities as well as enjoying time outdoors visiting local playgroups, parks and soft plays and enjoy lots of adventures during school holidays visiting local attractions.
Duties will include:
- You will provide support for young children that encourages developmental stages
- Ensure that children's learning is meaningful and enjoyable
- Supporting children's communication and language
- Engage with children in meaningful conversations that help them become confident communicators
- Ensure children are safe and recognise safeguarding
Training Outcome

Working Arrangements
