Apprentice Early Years Educator (Level 3)

At Childs Play we pride ourselves on creating a home from home environment, where learning is fun! We are looking for someone who shares our vision to join our team. Duties include:

• Providing high quality care, planning stimulating activities based on children's individual needs.
• Tracking and monitoring their progress through observation.
• You will ensure the children feel safe and secure and provide opportunities for them to learn both indoors and outdoors.
• The successful candidate will have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Supervising mealtimes and preparing snacks
• Lots of storytelling and playing!
• Preparing activities and resources
• Liaising with parents/carers
• Working as part of a team to develop areas in the playrooms
• Helping staff in care routines
  
  This position is subject an enhanced DBS check.
