Full Job Description
- Ability to provide a warm, welcoming environment for children and their families, where little minds are continually inspired
- Passion for early years and keen interest in developing your EYFS knowledge
- Demonstration of safeguarding knowledge and awareness
- Participation in the planning of activities, ensuring that learning and development milestones are met
- Supportive and proactive attitude towards teamwork, working alongside the nursery staff and leadership
- Maintaining resources and equipment in the setting
- Maintaining accurate and appropriate records
- Willingness to undertake additional continued professional development (CPD)
- Focused on completing Level 2/3 early years qualification
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet the daily changing needs of the setting

- Paid uniform and staff meals provided, Please note this role is a full time role for 40 hours per week Shift Patterns: This role operates on a rotating weekly shift schedule to ensure coverage and flexibility. You will alternate between early and late shifts on a week-by-week basis.
- Early Shift: 7.30am -4.00pm
- Late Shift: 9.30am-6.00pm
