We are a small team of dedicated Officers who work to protect the rights of individuals who lack the capacity to consent to their care arrangements. We aim for excellence while ensuring legal obligations are met and that decisions are made in the person's best interest. We work in partnership with numerous partners: internal staff, service users, family members, advocates, care providers. • Minimum qualifications of English and Maths at Level 2 (equivalent to GCSE grade 4/C or above / Functional Skills Level 2)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to the full duration of the apprenticeship - showing reliability, motivation, and readiness to balance work and study responsibilities
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills - apprenticeships are designed for those ready to grow through hands-on experience and training.Please outline in your personal statement how you meet this criteria.
