Full Job Description
We are a small team of dedicated Officers who work to protect the rights of individuals who lack the capacity to consent to their care arrangements. We aim for excellence while ensuring legal obligations are met and that decisions are made in the person's best interest. We work in partnership with numerous partners: internal staff, service users, family members, advocates, care providers. We will offer you a great opportunity to gain new skills and knowledge, which are transferable to other settings whilst working towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship qualification. We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and willing to learn Business Administration Apprentice to work within our Adults Social Care - Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards Team., We are looking for someone who is passionate about working for our community and has the following qualifications / experience:
- Minimum qualifications of English and Maths at Level 2 (equivalent to GCSE grade 4/C or above / Functional Skills Level 2)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to the full duration of the apprenticeship - showing reliability, motivation, and readiness to balance work and study responsibilities
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills - apprenticeships are designed for those ready to grow through hands-on experience and training.Please outline in your personal statement how you meet this criteria.
