Introduction
Support our design team by preparing technical drawings and learning timber frame construction using tools like AutoCAD and Revit. Gain hands-on experience while working towards a Level 3 Design Technician qualification in a growing offsite construction business.
About the Employer
Innovaré specialises in offsite construction using Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs). The company was launched in 2007 and has an impressive track record of delivery, both on our own projects and in partnership with developers and main contractors. Innovaré specialises in projects in Education, healthcare and residential and previous projects include Thames Park Secondary School, Kingfisher Court and numerous affordable housing contracts including Kender Estate.What You'll Do
- Support the design team by printing and organising technical drawing packs for site deliveries
- Learn to use design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks to assist with project work
- Help maintain and update design documentation to ensure accurate and timely information
- Shadow experienced designers to understand how drawings are developed for construction
- Learn how to apply health and safety principles (CDM) within design work
Training Outcome
Once you have completed your apprenticeship, you will have the chance to work as a qualified digital engineering technician, which in turn can lead on to design office manager or other senior level roles within the organisation.
