Full Job Description

  • Assist with the design aspects of tenders and projects in progress.
  • Helping to provide a professional, comprehensive and sustainable design service for our customers, key partners and suppliers.
  • Challenging the brief and bringing innovation and continuous improvements.

    Enthusiasm for your chosen career path
  • You will need to have 5 GCSEs A-C (9-4) or equivalent qualifications which should include English and Maths. Along with A-levels or equivalent at level 3 with roughly 64 UCAS points but may vary depending on apprenticeship and further education /higher education provider.
  • Ability to drive to remote site locations.
  • Ideally some exposure to a construction/engineering environment
  • Please note entry requirements may need to be amended depending on the university or college requirements.

    Your salary will start in line with the national living wage for 2027. A benefit of our Early Careers Development Programme is continuous recognition over the 2-4 years with salary progression of up to a maximum 5% every 6 months.
