· CAD Design & Modelling: Produce accurate 2D/3D CAD drawings for timber frame projects, including wall panels, floor joists, and roof trusses. · Manufacturing Prep: Generate detailed construction information, material quantity take-offs, and CNC (computer numerical control) files. · Technical Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with building regulations, safety standards, and are fit for purpose. · Collaboration: Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and our factory production team to resolve technical queries.
