Introduction
We are looking for a motivated, organised and professional Dental Receptionist to become part of our welcoming team at NHS Dentist, a long-established practice serving the Fulham and Earl's Court communities for over 27 years.

Our practice has built an outstanding reputation for patient care, with over 1,300 Google reviews, and is proud to have a large, experienced team comprising 18 dentists, 5 hygienists, 17 dental nurses, 5 receptionists and 2 Treatment Coordinators. What You'll Do
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive or contact the practice.
Working within our busy reception team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the front desk while always delivering outstanding customer service.
At work you will be:
- Welcoming patients in a friendly, professional and caring manner.
- Managing appointments and clinician diaries using EXACT dental software.
- Answering telephone calls, emails and patient enquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Booking, amending and confirming appointments.
- Processing patient payments and handling billing queries accurately.
- Managing referrals and correspondence.
- Liaising with dentists, nurses, hygienists and treatment coordinators to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
- Resolving patient queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
