Introduction
Our Dental Nurse Apprenticeship combines practical, hands-on experience with nationally recognised training. Apprentices work alongside experienced dental professionals, developing the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent patient care while earning a qualification.

As part of our supportive team, you will gain hands-on experience across a wide range of treatments, work alongside experienced dental professionals, and develop the practical skills, knowledge and confidence needed for a successful career in dental nursing.
What You'll Do
Typical daily duties include:
- Assisting the dentist during a range of treatments
- Preparing and cleaning treatment rooms
- Sterilising and maintaining dental instruments
- Welcoming and supporting patients throughout their visit
- Keeping accurate patient records
- Managing appointments and administrative tasks
- Maintaining high standards of infection prevention and cross-contamination control
- Working as part of a friendly and professional dental team
Training Outcome
On successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will achieve a nationally recognised Dental Nurse qualification and be eligible to register with the General Dental Council (GDC). You may have the opportunity to progress into a permanent Dental Nurse role and develop further through post-registration qualifications in areas such as radiography, oral health education, sedation, orthodontics, or dental practice management.
