Clover Maintenance are a long established Property Services company based in Keynsham, Bristol. They specialise in insurance claim work like fire or water damage o buildings, for example.
What You'll Do
Customer Service:
- Relaying company services
- Product knowledge
- Formal and informal communication
- Using ICT in the workplace
- Costing, pricing and budgeting
- Time, scheduling and cost of a project
Product and Specification:
- Working with water-borne, solvent borne and epoxy
- Drying, curing and recoating
- The effect of colour, design and contrast
- Preventing common problems
- Correcting common problems
- Hazardous to health sheets, method statements and risk assessments
Preparation, application and removal:
- Working with new surfaces
- Working with pre-decorated surfaces
- Removal of previous coatings and wall coverings with different methods
- Traditional and modern methods of making good surfaces
- Systems for metals, wood, plastic and factory finishes
- Application of brush
- Application of roller
- Application of pressure roller
- Spray application
- Specialist decorative techniques - graining, marbling, gilding
- Removal and application of wall coverings
