Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 15 Months Fixed-Term Contract, Weekday Shift 0500 - 1300 & 1000 - 1800 (occasional Weekday 1700-0100), Weekends (1 per month on average) 0500 - 1800

Are you passionate about food and ready to start your culinary career? We're looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team at RAF Brize Norton, Carterton. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn from experienced chefs, and work towards a recognised qualification - all within a fast-paced and supportive environment.

What you'll do:

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and service of meals in a fast-paced kitchen


• Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, ensuring full compliance with EHO guidelines


• Work alongside the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service


• Cook and serve meals to military personnel, delivering high standards every day


• Oversee kitchen sanitation and ensure best practices are always followed


• Be part of high-profile events and special functions, showcasing your culinary expertise


• Take part in bulk cooking, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish


• Continue developing your skills and knowledge throughout your apprenticeship
